If there is no retail outlet convenient to your location,
we will be happy to process your order by phone, fax, or mail.
Orders placed by phone or fax require use of a credit card.
Orders placed via mail require either credit card or check. NY
residents, please add 6.25% sales tax. Sorry, no COD orders will be
accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- If you’re a
professional (i.e., interior designer, architect, cabinetmaker, etc.)
please provide us with your company name.
- Product
Availability:
Shipment from our premises is made in two to three business
weeks starting the day after receipt of your order. Most
NRM products are handmade as orders are placed. While small
quantities are inventory for immediate shipping, large quantities
are usually manufactured and shipped
after 12 business days to three weeks. Please
check with us if time is of the essence.
- Return
Policy:
 | Orders for 10 items or
less may be returned within 20 days, no questions asked, as
long as
they are in perfect condition.

| A Return Goods
Authorization ("RGA") number must be included with the
returned item.
An RGA number can be obtained by calling our toll-free
number during business hours
(7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern
Time).

| Upon receipt and
inspection of the items, a credit f will be issued minus the
original
shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee.

| Orders for 10
or more pieces are not returnable and non-cancelable.

Shipping
Charges:
All orders up to $100 are charged S&H @ 5.95.
All orders of $100 or more are shipped free of charge. We ship
via UPS ground in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and
Hawaii). Please call our 800 number if you would like overnight or
2-day shipping.
- Ordering
Samples:
As a courtesy to our customers, up to 6 samples may be ordered by
calling our toll-free number.
We
will ship the samples to you at no charge, including shipping.
However, we
will ask for a credit card number which will be charged only if the
samples are not returned
following our return policy, as outlined here:
| If
you choose to return the samples, they must be
returned to us prepaid and insured.
Returned items must be in perfect
condition. The package containing the samples
must be postmarked within 14 days of when you received them.

| If the samples are not returned to
North River Mint within 14 days as outlined above,
or if the samples are not received in
perfect condition, we will charge your credit card
for the cost of
the unreturned and/or damaged knobs. |
